Do you provide a pick-up and delivery service?

Klean Rug of Raleigh offers THREE different pick-up and delivery options for your convenience:

Cash & Carry – For a discount on the cleaning cost, you may bring your rugs in and pick them up yourself. Just leave them in your car, and we’ll send someone out to get them from your car. When you come pick them up, we’ll place them in your car for you. Easy!

Rolled & Ready – For area rugs 9 x 12 or smaller, roll them up for us and we’ll send someone to pick them up from you. They will be returned to you rolled up as well.

Two-Man Service – For all area rugs larger than 9 x 12, or for rugs you’re unable to have rolled up for us, we will send two people to roll them up for you. This service includes laying your rugs out on their return and any light furniture moving during pick-up and delivery. Please have small items such as framed pictures, lamps, and knick-knacks removed prior to our arrival.

Furniture moving exclusions: pianos, entertainment centers, 4-poster beds, marble or glass-top dining tables, large file cabinets, computers and other electronics.
Rugs larger than 12 x 18 and walk-up locations may incur additional charges.
