How long will it be before you return my rugs to me?

In general, we complete our cleaning services in about a week. While we do work as quickly as possible, circumstances may exist where we will need to keep your rugs longer, like in the case of rug repairs or pet urine damage requiring multiple decontamination treatments, but we will discuss timelines with you prior to beginning any work on your rugs.
