Frequently Asked Questions
Is it a good idea to have a stain protector applied to my rugs?
Stain and fiber protectors are definitely a good idea, but they are not all equal. There are two main types: water-based (over-the-counter) and solvent-based (professional). In either case, re-application after a professional rug cleaning is recommended. Protectors typically work best on new or newly cleaned rugs.
We use a professional strength solvent-based fiber protector formulated to be safe for use on all fiber types.
